Shorty’s has been part of the Nashua community for more than 25 years, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our Nashua Mall location on Gusabel Avenue has been a neighborhood staple for families, friends, and regulars who know exactly what they’re going to get: outstanding Tex-Mex made from scratch, every single time.

In Nashua, we make everything in-house — every salsa, sauce, and dressing. We hand-cut all our fresh fish, beef, and chicken daily. We’ve been recognized as one of the Best Mexican Restaurants in New Hampshire year after year, but what keeps us motivated is simpler than a trophy: it’s the Nashua families who bring their kids in for taco Tuesday, the coworkers who make us their Friday lunch spot, and the couples who have been coming in for date night since we first opened our doors.We use only the freshest, highest quality, ingredients available. From these ingredients, we then create our hand-made “from scratch” dishes. In house, we make all our own salsas, sauces, dressings, desserts etc. and we hand-cut all our fresh fish, beef, and chicken.

We never stop asking how we can do better. New dishes, refined recipes, improved flavors — that’s the Shorty’s way.
